The Verduzzo vine has small bunches, with a pyramidal shape, and the grapes have a yellow-green colour, with a juicy flesh.
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first decade of October, placed in small crates and laid to dry for 15-20 days.
Verduzzo is a sweet white wine, with golden-yellow colour and intense and fruity aroma, with hints of pear, apricot and appel. It tastes sweet and can reach high deegres.
It's a typical wine for dessert. If agede, can be paired with aged cheeses.
Serve at 12° C.
