Cabernet Franc

The Cabernet Franc Marinig is a dry red wine, resulting from the variety of pure Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested by hand in the first decade of October.

The Cabernet Franc vine has french origins, from the Gironda area. Its grapes are medium-sized , spherical and with a thick dark blue peel.
Part of the Marinig production ages in steel for ten months, while the rest ages in oak casks followed by two months' bottle ageing.

The Cabernet Franc has a beautiful ruby red colour with purple tinges, and a full, fresh and pleasant palate. Sometimes flavors of herbs, licorice , musk and sometimes berries, can be tasted. It's a wine that pairs with strong-flavored dishes such as roasts and game .

Serve at 18-20 °C
